The primary fundraiser for the organization is the annual Brice Long and Friends Concert.
The 2025 Back2Back Foundation benefit concert raised $115,617. This year we are celebrating the 20th Anniversary of the concert. ​

We were 'Amazed' at the amount of love and gratitude that filled the Alhambra Theatre on Aug 12th for the 20th Back2Back Foundation Brice Long & Friends benefit concert. A big thanks to Marv Green, Trannie Anderson & Ryan Larkins for making it a special night.
