The primary fundraiser for the organization is the annual Brice Long and Friends Concert.
The 2025 Back2Back Foundation benefit concert raised $115,617. The concert is in it’s 20th year and to date has raised over $1.2 Million for the communities of Trigg, Christian & Todd counties of KY.

TRANNIE ANDERSON a product of Waco, TX, is a CMA & ACM nominated songwriter with a knack for painting poetic lyrics set to dynamic, heartfelt melodies in a fresh yet timeless way. Her authentic storytelling has made her a go-to collaborator on Music Row and has led to 80+ major label releases with artists such as Lainey Wilson, Morgan Wallen, Nate Smith, Ella Langley, Cole Swindell, Dan + Shay, Reba, Dylan Scott, Pentatonix, and more. Trannie was named Music Row’s “Breakthrough Songwriter of 2023”, the winner of NSAI & Iheart’s “Song Of The Year of 2023”, and she has continued to pick-up steam co-writing 10 songs released by Lainey Wilson on the Grammy Award winning “Bell Bottom Country” and“Whirlwind” records, including the #1 hit singles “Heart Like A Truck” and “Wildflowers and Wild Horses” which have also been featured in national ad campaigns for Dodge Ram and Wranglers. You can also hear Trannie’s versatile background vocals on releases by Lainey Wilson, Gabby Barrett, George Birge, Randall King, Ian Munsick, and more.

MARV GREEN is a Grammy nominated singer songwriter. Artists including George Strait, Merle Haggard, Willie Nelson, Morgan Wallen, Cody Johnson, Reba, Eric Church, Blake Shelton, Tim McGraw, Dierks Bentley, Lonestar, Faith Hill, Brooks And Dunn, Kenny Chesney, Carrie Underwood, Bon Jovi, Jason Aldean, Jewel, Chris Young, Dustin Lynch, Jo Dee Messina, Lee Ann Womack, Sara Evans, Martina McBride, Jessica Andrews, Kelly Pickler, Brad Paisley, Rodney Atkins, Billy Currington, Danny Gokey and Joe Diffie have recorded his songs. Marv captured his first number-one hit, 'True', recorded by George Strait in 1998. The following year he scored his second number-one with 'Amazed' recorded by Lonestar. 'Amazed' spent a record breaking eight weeks at number one on Billboard. Green was honered by BMI with their Song Of The Year Award in 2000. Green was awarded the BMI Songwriter Of The Year in 2001. Marv also claimed the ACM Song Of The Year for 'Amazed' as well as a Grammy nomination. Green collected his third number-one song with 'It Just Comes Natural' recorded by George Strait and his fourth number-one with the Carrie Underwood single 'Wasted'. His single with Brooks And Dunn titled 'Proud Of The House We Built' went top 5. Rodney Atkins took his song 'Farmer's Daughter' to the top 5. Marv co-wrote 'Creepin' by Eric Church. He also has had two songs placed in the 'Nashville' TV show with 'Wrong Song' (featuring Connie Britton And Hayden Panettiere) and 'Trouble Is' (feat. Hayden Panettiere). Marv’s other number-one songs include Reba and 'Consider Me Gone’, Chris Young’s ‘Who I Am With You’, Tim McGraw’s ’Shotgun Rider’ and ‘I Called Mama’.

RYAN LARKINS Born and raised in Nashville, Tennessee, Ryan Larkins caught the music city bug as a pre-teen, starting his songwriting journey at 12-years-old. He began to forge his distinctive baritone sound singing and playing guitar weekly at his home church. Those early performances eventually got him noticed by the Nashville music industry community and soon led to a publishing deal with Sony Music Publishing. Ryan’s sonic roots in traditional country music coupled with his love for gospel, popand even R&B has crafted an original, incomparable sound sought after by some of the most talented names in the industry.He’s since written with musical legends like Tony Lane, Tom Douglas, Lee Miller, Craig Wiseman, Tim Nichols, Brice Long, Rhett Akins, Ben Hayslip and Country Music Hall of Fame member Bill Anderson. Bill earned his first Grammy nomination for “Someday It’ll All Make Sense,” a duet with Dolly Parton, that Larkins co-wrote. A gifted songwriter, Ryan has also landed cuts by award-winning artists like Tim McGraw and Cody Johnson, landing his first #1 song with “The Painter,” which also earned him his debut ACM nomination for Song of the Year and CMA nomination for Song of the Year. After launching his first Nashville Country release, Meet Ryan Larkins, on Jay DeMarcus’ Red Street Records, Ryan has garnered fans around the country opening for acts like Willie Nelson, Ian Munsick and Priscilla Block as the direct support on her 2024 headlining Hey Jack Tour. In 2025, he hit the road with the legendary Clint Black.
